Ingredients
- 4 avocados
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
To serve
- 1 tsp carob granola
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 1 tsp orange peel, cut into fine strips
Avocado and Cacao Mousse Method
Place the avocados into a food processor and blend until smooth. Add maple syrup and cacao powder and process again until completely combined. Gently ground the carob granola in a mortar and pestle.
Divide the mousse amongst 6 serving bowls, refrigerate for an hour to firm. Garnish with ground carob granola, cacao nibs and strips of orange peel.
Chill Avocado and Cacao Mousse for up to 3 days.
