If you are heading to the Falls Festival then you are in for a treat. This year, Rimmel will hold an activation at Byron Bay via the ‘Rimmel Road’. This will be held on the 30th-2nd of January from 9am to 7pm.
The Rimmel Makeup Store will include free makeovers for festival go-ers who can choose one of three looks. There is also a DIY space with lots of product for consumers to touch up their look themselves. This is a walk in service, no appointments are required.
Plus there will be a DJ who will be spinning tunes for the whole day. and a Coffee Shop for festival go’ers to go and prepare themselves for the day ahead with a delicious cup of coffee and relaxed vibes.
Check out the three looks here but first here’s a guide to what not to wear at a festival
What NOT to wear
- Heels! They will dig into the grass and annoy the bejeezus out of you. Plus you will look like a right tool. If you are pint-sized and want height, go for wedge sneakers or hidden wedge boots.
- Butt-cleavage shorts! Put some clothes on please or at least wear opaques with them.
- Suede! We know it looks great, but think about the rain, the mud, and the fact that once suede is dirty, it’s dirty for life.
- A too-short skirt! Or anything that you can’t sit cross-legged on the ground in. The thing to keep in mind about festivals is to dress so you look good, but are also comfortable in absolutely any position. So if you want to lounge, you can lounge with impunity.
