2. Armpit detox with bentonite clay

Bentonite clay is an ancient Aztec secret that was used for healing. To do an armpit detox, mix the clay with water and apple cider vinegar. Just like a face mask, leave it on your underarms for a few minutes, then wash off.

3. Teeth whitening toothpaste

There’s actually a tooth whitening method with black toothpaste. Yes, black! To make the whitening toothpaste, you’ll need bentonite clay, sea salt, peppermint oil, coconut oil, liquid stevia, charcoal, ground cloves and water.
