Target hosted a stellar runway at the 2016 Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival. International supermodel Nicole Trunfio opened the show, leading the preview of French couturier Jean Paul Gaultier’s collaboration with the retailer.

Australian supermodel Samantha Harris graced the catwalk flaunting the new collection which, of course, included Jean Paul’s trademark bustier style and fish net tights.

The impressive event was brought to life with Target Ambassador and pop singer Jessica Mauboy, who sang live on stage and lead the incredible finale. It was a true celebration of the diverse Australian talent.

Target streamed the whole runway prep process live via Periscope – an exciting fashion first, giving the public a peek into the whirlwind of backstage prepping to final runway touches.
