Cameron Diaz Shares Secrets To Staying Young

How Cameron Diaz Kick-Starts Her Day With Boundless Energy2

On a publicity tour to promote The Longevity Book, which shares her tips on how to age gracefully, Cameron says we’ve got it back to front when it comes to age-adjusting.

“If I’m going to lie about my age, I’m going to lie up. ‘Oh me, I’m 49.’ And they’ll be like, ‘Oh my god, you look amazing for 49′,” laughs Cameron.

“Instead of telling people I’m 35 and they tell me, ‘Wow, you should go take a nap’ or maybe ‘You really need to exfoliate.’”

To Cameron, and her many followers above who contributed their natural shots for her book, ageing is one of the most beautiful parts of life.

She’s not only telling us how to do so happily (and gracefully) in The Longevity Book, she’s also showing us by embracing her wrinkles in a makeup-free selfie.

The actress and wife of Benji Madden, posted a barefaced photo on Instagram to promote her latest work, writing, “I’m so excited to continue the conversation because learning that you can age well, will actually help you age better.

“If you understand how your body works then you can take action to help keep it in the best possible condition so it can carry you through a long and beautiful life.”

In a post on her website, Cameron shares a sneak peek of her life-living secrets that we’re likely to see in her book.

“If you understand how your body works then you can take action to help keep it in the best possible condition so it can carry you through a long and beautiful life.”
