What Adele’s Viral Post Showing What Her Incredible Weight Loss Really Means

When singer Adele posted a recent shot of herself on Instagram thanking the essential workers and for the ‘birthday love’ she received, it wasn’t her heartfelt comments that garnered the huge reaction but rather her picture.

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

With over 10 million likes on her Instagram post, the singer’s svelte new figure put the internet into meltdown.

Plenty of commentary focused on how she achieved her weight loss with only a few people reminding everyone that it’s her impressive body of work that should be garnering attention. After all, she has won an Oscar and 15 Grammy awards and is one of the few women in the world known by her first name alone.

Yet the fixation instead was on the 32-year-old’s weight loss and personal life.

For me, what her post says to the world is that she’s been focusing on her health and is now reaping the rewards. Just take a look at her smiling face. Whatever the theories say about how she pulled it off, she’s enjoying new found health and wellbeing and that is the best message of all.
